Once your package is shipped, we will promptly provide you with tracking information via email. For this reason, in rare cases, our quality control efforts may cause a slight shipping delay. We try to prepare all orders for shipment or pickup within 1-2 business days after payment is processed, excluding holidays and weekends. If picking up in person, please remember to bring valid photo identification along with the credit card used to place the order. If you plan to send your order to an address other than the billing address attached to your credit card, we recommend contacting the bank that issued your card to arrange for an alternative shipping address if possible.
